Im not hitting a brakes, im dropping the cruise down 8mph. I wouldnt do it if i was driving slower than the speed limit. Impeding traffic from moving is disrespectful on its own merit. Nobody should be that selfish in terms of use of the roadways. I understand sometimes emergency happens and yiu dont have time. Call the law at least and make them aware. The worst they could do is tell you call an emergency service or they might escort you if it merits it. If they did stop you and you eluded in their eyes you could say I tried explaining the situation. Laws are laws but a jury is human 💯
